Which facial do you recommend for someone new to SkinEllipsis?

If it’s your first visit, we suggest starting with The Ellipsis Reset with SkinEllipsis — a beautifully balanced treatment focused on deep cleansing, hydration, and skin renewal. Each facial is customized by your esthetician to meet your individual skin needs and create a foundation for long-term results.

How can I best prepare for my upcoming facial?

To get the most out of your treatment, please avoid waxing or exfoliating for at least three days beforehand, and pause the use of active ingredients such as retinol or Retin-A for one week. Be sure to complete your intake form thoroughly before your appointment. If you’re unsure about anything, don’t worry — your esthetician will review everything with you during your consultation.

How frequently should I schedule my facials?

We recommend receiving a facial every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain optimal skin health and glow. Regular treatments support skin renewal, balance, and lasting radiance — consistency is the secret to results that last.

Do you have facials that target aging or acne concerns?

Absolutely. Our treatment menu includes customized options for concerns such as fine lines, dullness, loss of elasticity, breakouts, and congestion. During your consultation, your esthetician will assess your skin and design a treatment plan that’s tailored to your specific goals.

Is a deposit required to book my appointment?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve all appointments at SkinEllipsis. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, a new deposit will be necessary before rebooking. Please note that arriving with an active cold sore or open lesion will result in cancellation and full payment of the scheduled service, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Who can book an appointment at your studio?

Our studio is exclusively for women. We create a private, comfortable, and relaxing environment designed just for female clients.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure the full length and quality of your service. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on your arrival time, your session may be shortened to accommodate following clients, or may need to be rescheduled. Excessive lateness may result in cancellation and full payment of the reserved service.

How can I pay for my service?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with approved electronic payment options. All balances must be paid in full at the time of your service. Please ensure all booking and payment details match your legal name and information provided on your intake form.

How should I prepare before my facial ?

Please arrive with clean skin and without active lesions or cold sores. If you are experiencing any breakouts or open areas, allow your skin to fully heal before your treatment. Notify SkinEllipsis at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule due to a skin condition. Unreported conditions or late notifications will result in cancellation and full charge of the selected treatment.

May I bring a guest or child to my appointment?

To preserve the serene and private environment of SkinEllipsis, we kindly ask that no additional guests or children accompany you to your appointment. Our studio is a female-only space, dedicated to providing each client with a peaceful and uninterrupted experience.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. You’ll be provided with appropriate coverings to ensure your comfort and modesty during the treatment. Each service includes light therapy and your choice of full-body compressions with either a scalp or hand/arm massage, so clothing that’s easy to change out of is best.
